No. Your workers use WhatsApp — no download, no login, no training needed. Their phone number is their login.

How secure is my data?

Your reports and documents are stored exclusively on German servers (Hetzner, Deutschland). WhatsApp messages pass through the official WhatsApp Business API — first via Meta's servers, then via Twilio to WECAVIS. For AI features like transcription and translation, we use Anthropic and xAI. We have written agreements with all providers that your data may only be used for the contracted purpose — and never for training AI models. All connections are encrypted.

How reliable are the AI-generated reports?

The AI does the work — a human takes responsibility. All reports go through a review by a qualified person in the WECAVIS portal before they are approved. This requirement is explicitly noted in the signature field of every report. Additionally, WECAVIS stores all raw data completely: transcribed voice messages, photos and text inputs are traceable in the portal at any time. Every report shows the data origin — what was captured, what was translated, what was AI-structured. Nothing gets lost.

What happens after the trial period?
